As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), you will devise strategies, design, implement, and optimize HR solutions for clients using the ServiceNow platform. Translate complex HR business needs—including employee lifecycle events, case management, and employee experience—into integrated ServiceNow HRSD solutions to address client requirements. Lead and design ServiceNow platform HRSD solutions, including: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, & Document Management. Configure and extend ServiceNow solution components to automate HR processes, workflows, integrations, and reporting. Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow HRSD best practices, including employee experience design, automation, and platform governance. Design and implement employee-facing experiences, including self-service portals, Virtual Agent, and omnichannel HR support. Architect and support integrations with enterprise HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Design HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to provide insights into workforce operations and service performance. Ensure alignment with HR data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including role-based access and data protection strategies. Collaborate with HR leadership, HR business partners, and IT stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
