The architect will define solutions, realize architecture blueprints, and establish ServiceNow architecture strategies and patterns. They will collaborate with process owners to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products, contributing to new features and enhancing the existing product suite. Responsibilities include implementing ITSM, ESM, Asset and Configuration Management, and working with tools like Flow Designer and UI Builder. The role also involves investigating and resolving technical issues, collaborating with peers and stakeholders on data needs, and fostering knowledge sharing. The architect will conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing risks and issues proactively. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications and is part of a team focused on global digital and business transformation.
