About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Engineer. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 9 months, with the possibility of extension. The role requires 3 days onsite work per week, with options for location in Charlotte NC, CIC / Los Colinos, TX / Chandler, AZ. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, managing user access, groups, roles, and permissions, and resolving Level 3 ServiceNow incidents. You will also design and implement automation for access and group management through the ServiceNow Request Catalog, collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements, and ensure platform compliance, performance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills
• Experience with REST API integrations
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles, and instance configuration
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries
• Experience reviewing ServiceNow code
• Experience managing stories in Jira
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support
