About The Position

ThinkTek LLC is a fast-growing Certified SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company specializing in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations. ThinkTek is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to engage in a broad range of platform administration, configuration, and development activities. The development team is responsible for all facets of support, administration, configuration, and development to meet complex customer needs, with responsibilities and experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).

Requirements

• Minimum of an Active DoD Secret clearance.
• B.S Computer Science or comparable, can substitute work experience in lieu of degree.
• Five (5) years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer.
• Active/Current ServiceNow CSA or above.
• ITSM and ITOM experience, including CMDB, and Asset Mgmt., and portal.
• Experience in ServiceNow development (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, APIs).
• Attention to detail and the ability to listen to stakeholder business requirements and translate to a working, maintainable, technical solution.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, error log analysis and researching solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a broad range of platform administration, configuration, and development activities.
• Support, administer, configure, and develop to meet complex customer needs.
• Work with ITSM, ITOM, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Listen to stakeholder business requirements and translate to a working, maintainable, technical solution.
• Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, projects objectives, within predetermined timelines).
• Troubleshoot, debug, error log analysis and research solutions.
