Designs and develops new ServiceNow workflows and processes. Day to day administration of the ServiceNow system including adding Users, Groups and Roles ensuring that these conform to the agreed standards for access to the platform. Leads ServiceNow maintenance, upgrade planning and administration. Provides accurate estimates of release level of effort. Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion. Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications.
