Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform-best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM .
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript-based) and platform-specific APIs.
  • Proven experience in building and managing technical integrations and workflows .
  • Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow Flow Designer for modern automation.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and business requirements.
  • Develop complex automation using Flow Designer and the legacy Workflow Editor to streamline business processes.
  • Implement ServiceNow scripting , including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions .
  • Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Optimize platform architecture across various modules to enhance system performance and user experience.
