About The Position

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in AI agents to join our team. This full-time role involves developing and enhancing AI Agent products on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for technical design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance of these agents. The role requires strong documentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment. You will also support the ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve their accuracy, reliability, and usability.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Developer experience
  • Test support experience
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure in building ServiceNow agents, ServiceNow platform configuration, or technical design concepts
  • Experience with AI enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices
  • Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast paced, pilot driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance AI Agent products on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create Technical Design Agents, Configuration Agents, and AI Testing and Quality focused agents.
  • Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors.
