We are seeking ServiceNow IRM Solution Architects, Functional Consultants/Business Analysts, and Senior Developers/Engineers with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the capability domains listed below. Candidates are not expected to specialize in every domain; however, they must clearly identify the areas in which they possess direct configuration, development, implementation, or functional leadership experience. Successful consultants will help design, configure, enhance, and operationalize scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions that strengthen governance, risk visibility, compliance monitoring, control management, and remediation processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation, enhancement, or support experience.
  • Direct expertise in at least one of the nine IRM capability domains identified above.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk, operational risk, compliance, controls, policies, issues, and remediation processes.
  • Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow IRM functional or technical solutions.
  • Experience participating in or leading requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
  • Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business, risk, compliance, audit, and technical teams.
  • Ability to clearly distinguish personal hands-on implementation experience from general platform exposure.
  • IRM Solution Architect: Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow IRM architecture and operating models. Strong knowledge of IRM data models, entity frameworks, platform governance, integrations, security, and scalability. Ability to lead solution-design decisions and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders. Experience establishing implementation standards and guiding functional and technical teams.
  • IRM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst: Experience facilitating risk, compliance, policy, control, and assessment workshops. Ability to document current-state and future-state processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong knowledge of risk and compliance business processes and their configuration within ServiceNow IRM. Experience supporting testing, business validation, training, and adoption.
  • Senior IRM Developer or Engineer: Hands-on ServiceNow IRM configuration and development experience. Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting. Experience configuring assessments, indicators, workflows, dashboards, notifications, and remediation processes. Strong troubleshooting, defect-resolution, integration, and deployment capabilities.
