About The Position

Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Platforms - ServiceNow team. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-related initiatives. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across the platform. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Analyze current-state and future-state processes to recommend efficient, scalable solutions. Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively. Assist with testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and validation of delivered functionality. Maintain documentation and help ensure project deliverables are aligned with business goals and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience with hands on coding and scripting.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise technology or ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with the ServiceNow platform and related modules.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or other enterprise service management processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or platform upgrade initiatives.
  • Knowledge of testing, UAT coordination, or release management processes.
  • Certification in Business Analysis, Agile, or ServiceNow-related disciplines.
