About The Position

MetaPhase is seeking a Business Analyst with a minimum of three (3) years of experience to be a part of a Federal IT team supporting our clients to transform their business and solve complex problems leveraging ServiceNow. This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll be communicating frequently with stakeholders. Candidates must work effectively in teams, be sharp, creative, well written, and articulate when speaking with senior client leadership.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 or more years of direct experience supporting Management Consulting and/or Technology Transformation efforts; preferably in federal government consulting.
• 1+ years of ServiceNow hands-on implementation experience.
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Secret Clearance
• Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC both Agile and Waterfall.
• HRSD ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathering detailed business requirements.
• Working with stakeholders across the agency to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Supporting the development team testing out completed stories.
• Creating and communicating project documentation.
