About The Position

The Business Analyst within the ServiceNow Implementation Practice serves as a critical bridge between client business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical ServiceNow resources. This role is responsible for translating business needs into well-defined functional requirements, supporting end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, and ensuring solutions align to both client outcomes and Nordic delivery standards. This role partners closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and client SMEs to drive clarity, quality, and adoption across ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ relevant business experience
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Business process analysis and improvement

  • Attention to detail and delivery discipline
  • Adaptability in dynamic implementation environments

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred
  • Experience using generative AI to build and refine models is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes, operational challenges, and desired outcomes across ServiceNow implementations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and process mapping discussions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by clearly articulating tradeoffs, impacts, and recommended approaches within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements using Nordic standard artifacts (process flows, requirement matrices, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Translate business needs into ServiceNow ready functional specifications aligned to platform best practices.
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization in alignment with project scope and delivery milestones.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Conduct or support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Ensure solution designs support usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Develop and contribute to client-facing documentation including process documentation, training materials, and release notes.
  • Support change management and adoption efforts in partnership with client teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Nordic ServiceNow delivery standards, templates, and accelerators.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the ServiceNow and Business Analysis communities of practice.
  • Support practice leadership with estimation inputs, solution scoping, and pre-sales discovery when needed.
  • Create business cases and value propositions for service offerings
