About The Position

SAIC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Adelphi, MD. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for conducting or participating in multidisciplinary research and collaborating with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems software. This role involves determining computer user needs, advising hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems, and designing and developing compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. • Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, and maintaining platform security.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless functionality.
• With deep expertise in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow best practices, drive continuous improvement and innovation, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT support services.
