Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT
• At least 5 years of deep technical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow-specific development tools (Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal)
• Proven track record of working within FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping) within a public sector context
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or ITOM preferred
• ITIL v4 Foundations

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop and architect solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and manage CMDB and ITOM functionalities.
• Ensure solutions comply with FedRAMP or similar government cloud environment regulations.
