About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Discovery, Asset Management, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics. You will be responsible for creating platform roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and defining architecture standards. This role requires the ability to identify technical debt and develop practical remediation plans, along with a solid grasp of ITIL processes and service management best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• At least 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Proven experience assessing and optimizing mid-level enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform design, and implementation best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Discovery, Asset Management, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.
• Experience creating platform roadmaps, governance frameworks, and architecture standards.
• Ability to identify technical debt and create practical remediation plans.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
