About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Architect to drive the design, governance, and evolution of a critical enterprise platform. In this role, you’ll ensure the platform supports our business strategy while delivering reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or managing enterprise platforms or large-scale systems
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data management principles
  • Experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and business value
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or
  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of twelve (12) years of full-time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the enterprise platform
  • Define and maintain architecture standards to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability
  • Oversee system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform capabilities
  • Manage platform administration, including leading and mentoring platform administrators
  • Drive the development of efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and system integrations across enterprise applications
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and service management teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions
  • Champion innovation and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experience
