Responsibilities The Senior Developer will work with a multi-faceted team building unique solutions using ServiceNow. Individual will: Know all aspects of the software engineering life cycle including scope and work estimation, design, documentation, implementation, testing and integration Work on implementing new technologies into the customer space Be responsible for core system configuration Gather and document user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements Analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the applications Capture and develop backlog in support of service areas requests for future sprints Proactively maintain operational documentation to reduce support risk & inefficiency

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Must be a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Must be a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
  • Experience with DevOps pipeline tools including configuration management, requirements (e.g. Jira), automated testing, and deployment
  • Experience with developing and managing data models
  • Experience designing and developing solutions with PaaS solutions such as ServiceNOW in an Agile Software Development environment
  • Experience developing applications with responsive web design frameworks to support multiple platforms including compatibility with Chrome, Internet Explorer, Java, and iOS
  • Experience with W3C web design standards and technologies, including CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance
