About The Position
This role requires extensive experience in IT management with a focus on IT Applications operations, specifically within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and ITSM processes. Strong technical skills in JavaScript and REST APIs are essential, along with experience in third-party integrations and handling audit activities. The position demands excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a solid understanding of compliance standards. Experience with ServiceNow Development and AI/ML capabilities is also a plus.
Requirements
- At least 12+ years of experience in IT management with focus on IT Applications operations
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes
- Experience with JavaScript and REST APIs
- Understanding of third-party integrations
- Highly experienced with stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of compliance standards
- Handling audit activities
- Adept in handling multiple competing priorities and project deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in clear terms to a variety of audiences
