About The Position

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join the team of a client that is a European Union institution based in Warsaw. The role involves managing and optimising the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment. The administrator will secure and maintain the platform, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support users and enhancement projects. Optiveum is the recruitment partner, and the cooperation agreement will be signed directly with the contracting partner.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Warsaw, with a 40-hour work week. The rate is up to 40 EUR per hour net on a B2B basis. EU citizenship is required.

Requirements

• EU citizenship.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, including security and upgrades.
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes, especially incident and change management.
• Practical experience with MariaDB.
• Business analysis skills.
• ServiceNow certification(s).
• Bachelor's degree.
• English at C1 level and fluent Polish.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage platform security, upgrades, incidents, and availability.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support ServiceNow enhancement projects and bug fixing.
• Contribute to risk management, disaster recovery, and service continuity.
• Deliver training and user support, and maintain technical documentation.
