About The Position

This role requires a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The position involves Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting, development with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages, and familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS). The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum IAT Level II certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
• Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
• Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
• Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II (CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP).

Nice To Haves

• Java development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer).

Responsibilities

• Administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshooting Linux/UNIX systems.
