Requirements

• Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset.
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires and mechanical services.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract.
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must.
• A team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Creating work orders and arranging bookings, communicating them to technicians.
• Providing service quotes, receiving customer authorization for work, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow-up.
• Making proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service received.
• Recommending tire service, specialty tire service, wheel, and mechanical service to customers.
• Ensuring all products are billed accurately to the customer and processing necessary information in the computer system.
• Keeping promotional material updated in the showroom.
• Participating in all safety initiatives to guarantee safety for customers and staff.
• Completing assigned e-learning and safety courses, adhering to standards and policies.
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.
