Requirements
- Customer Service Experience preferred. We will train the right person!
- A positive outgoing team player who is focused on providing above-industry-standard customer service.
- The ability to multi-task and be meticulous in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective communication & organizational skills.
- Possess an acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build strong relationships
- Understand vehicle concerns and recommend needed services
- Prepare estimates and explain repair options clearly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Service Department
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Review completed work and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
