About The Position

Caskinette Ford, a high-volume Ford dealership, is expanding its Service Department and seeking a Service Advisor. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer interaction, possess strong organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and are motivated by a career where performance directly influences income. While experienced Service Advisors are encouraged to apply, the dealership also welcomes candidates with strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, along with automotive knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
Schedule service appointments and create repair orders
Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance
Communicate technician recommendations clearly to customers
Obtain authorization for additional repairs
Keep customers informed about repair progress, costs and completion times
Recommend maintenance based on vehicle and manufacturer guidelines
Explain warranty coverage when applicable
Coordinate loaner vehicles when needed
Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
Work closely with technicians, Parts and Service Management
Build relationships that keep customers coming back to Caskinette Ford
