About The Position
Jiffy Lube Multicare is seeking full-time and part-time Service Writers, also called Customer Service Directors (CSDs), for its Springfield, Missouri – Kansas Expressway location. The successful candidate confers with guests to determine and recommend the diagnostic and mechanical services their vehicles need. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. A current, valid driver's license is required. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
