Requirements

2+ years experience in Diesel/Auto/Parts field REQUIRED
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
A Driver’s License is required
Ability to create professional relationships with customers
Ability to stay self-motivated

Nice To Haves

A diesel technician background is strongly encouraged
ASE certifications are strongly encouraged
CDL is a Plus

Responsibilities

Retail focus – Customer Relationship
Solicit the sale of new or additional services
Strong Data Entry Skills
Utilizes a computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in the shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and using a computer
Handle/resolve service-related concerns
