About The Position

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Service Washer to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles, maintaining the appearance of the lot, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position also requires adherence to safety regulations and completion of company and manufacturer training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission
• Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates

Responsibilities

• Washes, cleans, and details exterior and interior of vehicles
• Straighten rows, washes inventory, and generally assists in maintaining the appearance of the lot
• Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction
• Maintains safe work environment
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
• Complete required company and manufacturer training
• Completes all other projects and duties as assigned
