Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer proficiency; dealership management system experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services.
- Provide timely updates on vehicle status and repair progress.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Help achieve individual and team performance goals.
