Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer proficiency; dealership management system experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.
  • Prepare repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
  • Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services.
  • Provide timely updates on vehicle status and repair progress.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Help achieve individual and team performance goals.
