BMW Service Washer
About The Position
BMW Service Washer Pay Range: $15 - $25 hourly, depending on experience. This role is responsible for washing, cleaning, and detailing the exterior and interior of vehicles. The Service Washer also straightens rows, washes inventory, and assists in maintaining the appearance of the lot. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction. The position requires maintaining a safe work environment and understanding, keeping abreast of, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know. Completing required company and manufacturer training and any other assigned projects and duties are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission
- Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
