About The Position

Maple Ridge Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Service Wash Bay Attendant to join their team. This role involves inspecting vehicles before and after washing, maintaining dealership cleanliness, operating wash equipment, and ensuring a positive guest experience. A valid driver's license, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver's license & be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to analyze, exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Possess excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Perform visual inspections of all vehicles and assess condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the car wash bay
Efficiently guide vehicles into wash area to provide best possible completion time
Perform visual inspections in the car wash bay to ensure that all equipment and chemicals are in working order and functioning as designed
Wash and detail vehicles as part of our service wash team
Assist in keeping all dealership property clean and organized and ensure dealership effects are kept in their proper place
Be accessible and polite to guests and coworkers, addressing any guest concerns in a professional manner to ensure positive guest experience
Maintain safe working environment at all times
Understand and abide by all policies and procedures and practice compliance of policies and procedures daily and/or as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
