About the Role We’re hiring a Service & Warranty Manager to act as the front line for all post-install customer issues. This person is the rapid response responsible for owning service requests, resolving problems quickly, and ensuring a strong customer experience. This is a field-heavy role where you’ll be working directly with homeowners, holding crews accountable, and building out a service/warranty team as the market grows. What You’ll Do Own all service & warranty issues in your market from start to finish Handling incoming issues quickly and efficiently Work directly with homeowners to resolve concerns in the field Hold subcontractors and crews accountable to quality standards Oversee service/warranty techs and/or project managers Ensure all work is completed to HGE standards Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Help hire and build out a service/warranty team as the market grows What We’re Looking For Strong home remodeling background (exterior preferred — roofing, siding, windows, doors) Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills Ability to handle escalated situations and problem-solve quickly Experience managing teams, subcontractors, or project managers High accountability and urgency — someone who doesn’t let things sit “One of us” mentality — team-first, high standards, no excuses Preferred: Experience handling service & warranty work directly Experience overseeing project managers or service techs What’s In It For You Base salary: $85K OTE: $105K+ Company vehicle + gas card Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunity to build and scale a team as we grow If this sounds like you, apply today and come build something big with us.
