About The Position
Our valets are the first and last point of contact on the service drive and play a crucial role in delivering an excellent customer experience. By being a valet, you will have the opportunity to interact with multiple people and roles and in-turn, choose your own career path as you learn about various dealership operations.
Requirements
- Maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license at all times with an acceptable driving record.
- Submit to a background and drug screening.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers who are dropping off vehicles.
- Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the service drive.
- Deliver vehicles to various sites and locations as needed.
- Install disposable covers and floor mats in vehicle interiors being serviced.
- Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom, and lot.
- Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities as needed.
- Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum, and polish) and maintain all vehicles.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership if shuttle service is available.
- All other duties as assigned.
