About The Position
As a Service Valet with Steele Hyundai, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise while contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing our client’s experience.
Requirements
- Able to drive manual shift vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Good organization and learning skills.
- Valid drivers’ license with acceptable drivers abstract
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently assisting service clients when bringing their vehicles in for appointments
- Be a "hands on" coordinator for the service drive thru area
- Adhere to proper sanitizing guidelines of client vehicles
- Wash clients' vehicles prior to them picking them up from service
- Enhance the store's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including performing duties such as snow removal in varying weather environments.
