About The Position

The Valet responsibilities include providing a safe, courteous transportation service to our customers and maintaining the Ford and Lincoln fleet of date night/service vehicles and providing a clean, safe work environment for our fellow employees. Understanding of the Bozard Ford Lincoln Mission Statement. Must maintain Lincoln and Ford Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, courteous transportation service to customers.
• Maintain the Ford and Lincoln fleet of date night/service vehicles.
• Provide a clean, safe work environment for employees.
• Maintain Lincoln and Ford Certifications as required.
• Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance.
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
• Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Drive customers to destinations observing all traffic laws and company policies including, but not limited to, seat belts, turn signals, speed limits, etc.
• Maintain Lincoln Date Night/Service vehicles to ensure that they are clean, fluids full and in safe operating condition. Report any unsafe or abnormal conditions to management.
• Complete documentation for Loaner contracts and knowledge of vehicle operation to demo to our clients.
• Assist service lane Lincoln customers in parking and pickup of customer vehicles as needed.
• Maintain organized parking area, ensuring that vehicles are parked in designated spaces.
• Remove completed stock units from service parking.
• Perform other specific administrative functions as directed by Lincoln Operations Manager
