Your Purpose as a Service Valet: Safely drive, park, and retrieve Lexus guest vehicles while treating every vehicle with the highest level of care and respect. Welcome every Lexus guest with a warm, professional demeanor, creating an exceptional first and lasting impression with every interaction. Provide prompt and efficient vehicle pick-up and delivery services, ensuring a seamless Lexus ownership experience throughout each service visit. Assist Lexus Service Advisors by coordinating vehicle movements, communicating vehicle status updates, and supporting an efficient, guest-focused service drive. Transport Lexus vehicles to and from off-site locations when needed while following all safety guidelines. Represent the Lexus brand by maintaining a polished, professional presence and delivering the premium level of hospitality our guests expect. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members to ensure every Lexus service experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable.
