About The Position

This is more than a front desk position, it’s an opportunity to become part of the Lexus guest experience from day one while building the foundation for future career growth. For the right person, this role can open doors to new opportunities within the dealership and provide a path to grow into other customer-facing, operational, or leadership positions over time.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
Prior customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Answer incoming Lexus dealership calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate department or team member and taking accurate messages when needed.
Welcome guests to the dealership, determine the purpose of their visit, and ensure they are connected with the right department or team member.
Provide a polished, friendly, and compassionate first impression that reflects the high standards of the Lexus guest experience.
Support the flow of the dealership by communicating effectively with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Assist with front desk responsibilities and other administrative duties as assigned by management while maintaining an organized, guest-focused environment.
