About The Position

Lincoln of Wayne is looking to hire a Service Valet. As part of a family owned and operated luxury auto dealer in business since 1962, we are committed to providing an unmatched automotive buying and servicing experience and are proud to be a top volume dealership in the state! Candidates must be driven, personable, and motivated while in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment to fill our full-time Valet/Greeter role. Must have a valid driver’s license and must be 21 or older.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Must be 21 or older
Clean driving record
Strong communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

Act as an initial point of contact for clients arriving at the dealership service department
Greet clients and assist clients with vehicle drop off and entering dealership
Check in clients’ vehicles that arrive for servicing, cross-referencing appointment schedule via use of iPad and technology.
Deliver completed vehicles to clients upon completion for pickup
Maintain service department parking lot and arrange cars for ease of access
Provide a high level of client service and professionalism to clients from start to finish
