About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Valet/Greeter to join our team at our Long Beach dealership. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient service experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or valet experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival to the service drive
- Assist customers with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate service advisors
- Safely move and park customer vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas
- Retrieve customer vehicles upon service completion
- Assist with shuttle service or vehicle delivery as needed
- Provide general support to service advisors and technicians
- Ensure a positive and professional dealership image at all times
- Help with any other service related duties
