About The Position

Our Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is currently seeking a Service Valet who will support the daily flow and organization of the service department while delivering a high level of customer service. In this role, you will help move vehicles efficiently through the service process, assist customers, and ensure the service drive and lot remain organized and professional. Requirements

Ability to drive automatic vehicles required, manual transmission is a plus
Strong teamwork skills and positive, can-do attitude
Dependable and great work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or fast-paced environment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Move vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed
Manage vehicle flow as repair orders are generated to maintain an organized service drive
Perform basic vehicle checks including fuel, oil, fluids, and tire condition
Provide courtesy washes and general vehicle presentation support as requested
Maintain and organize service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
Support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with daily operational needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional service drive and work environment
Deliver friendly and professional customer interactions at all times
