About The Position

Lexus of Northborough is looking for an exceptional human being to be our Service Valet. Come join our service team in a state-of-the-art service department. We’re searching for friendly, energetic people who can keep things moving while delivering the exceptional guest experience our customers expect from a luxury brand. This job is basically part hospitality, part traffic control, part professional car Tetris.

Requirements

• Positive attitude
• Reliable and professional
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service skills that don’t involve hiding from people
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Can hustle, smile, and park a car straight on the first try

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile
• Parking and retrieving Lexus vehicles
• Keeping the service drive organized and running smoothly
• Helping our guests feel welcome and taken care of
• Getting your steps in without paying for a gym membership-at least 10K a day!
