About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Drive Greeter / Porter with a background in hospitality. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers while ensuring the service drive operates smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival in the service drive
• Provide a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience for all guests
• Accurately track and document vehicle locations after parking
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles as needed
• Ensure all vehicles are vacuumed and presented cleanly before return
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area
• Keep parking areas orderly and efficiently arranged
• Assist service advisors and team members as needed
