Are you personable, motivated, organized, and driven to succeed? We’re looking for an Upgrade Service Drive Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This is an entry level opportunity with strong earning potential and career growth for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the automotive industry. Salary Range: Depending on job performance, the Upgrade Service Drive Consultant compensation ranges from $38,500.00 to $200,000 +.
Requirements
- Customer service experience - required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
- Motivated to hit goals and exceed expectations
- Passionate about helping customers make confident, informed decisions
- Self-motivation is key and a desire to succeed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work toward individual and team goals
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Have a valid California Driver’s License with Clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!
- Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is also a plus!
- Automotive experience is not required. We’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Engage with service customers while their vehicles are being serviced
- Identify upgrade opportunities based on vehicle equity, age, mileage, and customer needs
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and current promotions clearly and enthusiastically
- Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate vehicle options
- Learn the automotive business
- Stay up to date on technological changes in the product
- Deliver a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint
- Track daily activities, appointments, and performance metrics
