Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Service Turn Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance and day-to-day operations of multi-family properties. Requirements

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasking.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Prepare units for new move-ins (make-ready units).
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems.
• Be responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance during pre-scheduled times.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete grounds work, including grounds pick-up, sweeping, and light landscaping.
• Perform pool maintenance.
• Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
