Service Turn Technician (North Hills)
About The Position
Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Service Turn Technician to join their team in North Hills. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance and day-to-day operations of the property. Requirements
- Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasking throughout the day.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
Responsibilities
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Make ready units for new moveins
- Maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
- Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
- Pool maintenance
- Coordinate special projects as directed by maintenance supervisor or property manager
