About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, merchandising, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various store processes like BOPIS and SFS. The position also involves participating in stocking, planogram execution, and maintaining store appearance. Team members are expected to uphold company policies, promote a positive and respectful work environment, and adhere to safety and shrink programs. This role requires cross-training in Custom Framing.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process and general store recovery.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Interact with others respectfully and maintain a positive attitude.
Promote the organization's vision and values and serve as a role model.
Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
