Requirements

Automotive technician experience required
Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures
Flexible availability
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment
Applicants must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete the pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.
Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.
Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.
Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.
Participate in factory and in‑house training to maintain and expand technical skills.
