About The Position

Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage their own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers flexible hours, the opportunity to manage a defined territory, and unlimited earning potential through sales incentives. Technicians are supported by a strong team and receive extensive training to earn necessary licenses. The position involves providing pest control services for homes and businesses, inspecting properties, treating for common pests, building customer relationships, and looking for sales opportunities to grow the route. Technicians will use basic equipment and tools and work in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self-starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is a bonus
• Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
