Requirements

• Create a positive & productive wash culture through leadership, attitude and effort
• Ensure excellent wash quality through maintenance, repairs, and communication
• Build positive relations and experiences for all customers and Team Members
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Support, train, mentor and grow current and future Service Technicians, Managers and Team Members
• Strive for excellence in all that you do

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of site maintenance and Service Request completion
• Preventative maintenance on wash equipment, building, and site
• Documentation of service, preventative maintenance, and corporate credit card expenditures
• Part sourcing and ordering
• Special projects
• Maintaining and repairing car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Performing routine maintenance
• Ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience
• Working closely with the management team to keep the car wash running safely and effectively, contributing to a clean and reliable service for all customers.
