Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must pass Background and Drug Screen test.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Automotive repair experience: 3 years (Required)
• High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License

Nice To Haves

• Experience working at a dealership and dealership certifications preferred but not required.
• ASE Certifications (Preferred but not required)
• Manufacture Certifications (Preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates on repairs and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (a must)
• Provide exceptional customer service through quality workmanship and efficiency
• Properly record repair procedures, clock stamps, diagnose clock stamps and all prudent information required to substantiate manufacture repairs.
• Complete and stay current on all required manufacture training requirements

• $4,000 bonus ($500.00 at start up, $500.00 after 90 days, $1500.00 after 6 months and $1500.00 after first year and maintaining above 80% monthly average efficiency)
