About The Position

Richard's Total Backyard Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply. As a Service Technician, you will visit customer residences to diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service and repair experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and professional
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
Experience with pool automation systems, heaters, pumps, and electrical troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment and systems
Install and replace pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment
Troubleshoot equipment and identify effective solutions
Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Complete service documentation accurately and timely
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
