About The Position
Michael and Son Services is seeking goal and career-oriented individuals for rapid growth opportunities to join their fast-paced winning team. They offer a state-of-the-art schooling program to develop high-quality individuals into service technicians. No prior experience is necessary, as long as candidates possess excellent customer service and sales skills. The program includes comprehensive training, tools for success, and opportunities to learn from industry experts. Upon mastering the basics, individuals will be placed on a learning track with rapid advancement opportunities into management. The program consists of 8 weeks of fully immersed training at the Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy, along with on-the-job training that continues throughout the career. A professional training facility with hands-on workstations is provided. Free housing is available for out-of-area students. Field-certified trainers with the latest industry knowledge will guide the trainees. Trainees will receive hourly pay during the training period, and tuition costs will be deferred. After successfully completing the training academy, graduates will have the opportunity to jump-start a career with exponential earning potential. After the first year, technicians average $61,000-$73,000 in annual income.
