About The Position

Upon successful completion of the basic training, individuals will be placed on a success track with rapid growth opportunities in management. This role offers significant advancement potential, determined by individual drive and success. Michael and Son prioritizes internal promotions to management.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Ability to prove or exhibit customer service and sales skills
- A great attitude with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Complete 8 weeks of fully immersed training at the Richmond Michael and Son Technical Academy.
- Participate in on-the-job training.
- Learn and exhibit excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Utilize provided tools and technology for service ticketing and dispatching.
- Advance through training tracks for potential management roles.
